Charges will apply beyond service (0.70 per mile)
TURNAROUND TIME
Standard service: 24–48 hours
Express service: Same-day additional $10 per bag
Bulky items may require extra time

STAIN REMOVAL
Basic stain treatment included
Tough stains not guaranteed to be removed
Customer will be notified if special care is needed
DAMAGE / LOSS POLICY
Items with pre-existing damage are washed at customer’s risk
No liability for color bleeding, shrinkage, or weakened fabric
Lost or damaged items: Liability limited to $35
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment due upon delivery
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
At least 4 hours' notice required for changes
